Sticker Bestie — Support
Turn photos, voice notes, and quick prompts into stickers.
Quick tips
- Generating a sticker from a photo: tap the photo button, pick or capture an image, and Sticker Bestie removes the background and turns it into a sticker.
- Dictating an idea: tap the mic and describe what you want. Speak clearly in a quiet room — the prompt is transcribed and sent to the sticker generator.
- Iterating on a sticker: open any sticker from your library and use the iterate prompt to change colors, add accessories, or shift the mood.
- Saving or sharing: tap a sticker to export to Photos or share to any app that accepts images.
Troubleshooting
- Generation fails or times out: check your connection and try again. The backend rate-limits abusive traffic by IP — if you're on a shared network you may need to wait a minute.
- Voice dictation doesn't pick up: make sure microphone permission is granted in iOS Settings → Sticker Bestie. Try a quieter environment.
- Photo picker shows nothing: grant photo library access in iOS Settings → Sticker Bestie → Photos.
- Background isn't removed cleanly: try a photo with stronger separation between subject and background, or iterate with a prompt to clean up edges.
- Lost stickers after reinstalling: your library is stored on-device only. Deleting the app removes it permanently — we don't keep a copy on our servers.
Permissions the app may ask for
- Camera — to take a photo for sticker generation.
- Photo library — to pick an existing photo or save a finished sticker.
- Microphone — to dictate a sticker idea.
You can deny or revoke any of these in iOS Settings. The dependent features become unavailable until you re-enable them; the rest of the app continues to work.
Privacy
We don't require an account, don't show ads, and don't track you. Your sticker library lives on your device. Read the full privacy policy for details on what's sent to our backend during generation.
